At Mana, every garment is crafted with intention and detail, making it a part of our limited collections. Because each piece is crafted exclusively for you, we do not offer refunds or returns.

However, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your order, and provide the following options:

Alterations for Fit Issues:

If your order doesn’t fit as expected we offer alterations to adjust it to your size and liking. Simply reach out to us, and we will guide you through the process.

Exchanges & Store Credit:

Exchanges or store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue. If you’d like to discuss an exchange or credit, please call or WhatsApp us at +91 98108 21367.

Exchange or store credit requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

In case an exchange or store credit is accepted- items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. In this case, the customer will also be responsible for all shipping costs. 

   •       Sale items and customized pieces are not eligible for exchange or store credit
