Refund policy

At MANA, every piece is made-to-order with a focus on craftsmanship and quality. Because each item is created individually for you, we are unable to offer cash refunds. We do, however, want you to feel cared for at every step, which is why we're glad to offer store credit and alteration support as detailed below.

Returns

If you would like to return your order, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your piece. Once your return has been reviewed and approved, its value will be issued to you as store credit — which can be used toward any future MANA purchase.

Conditions for store credit

To qualify for store credit, items must be returned in their original condition. This means each piece should be:

• Unworn

• Unused

• Unwashed

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Returned with all original packaging intact

Pieces that have been worn, used, or washed, or that are returned without their original tags and packaging, may not be eligible for store credit.

How to request a return

To start a return, simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we've reviewed and approved your request, we'll guide you through the next steps and issue your store credit.

Alterations

Fit matters to us. Because we personally confirm custom sizing with you before production begins, any fit concerns are handled with care. If there is an alteration issue with your piece, we will assess it and do our very best to adjust it for you.

For any alteration request, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue as smoothly as possible, kindly include:

• Clear photos or videos of the issue, where applicable
